VLA successfully secures class action approval for STARK bondholders and shareholders

On August 21, 2025, the Bangkok South Civil Court granted a petition filed by Mr. Apiwat Arrakleepan, represented by Mr. Verapat Pariyawong, also as the authorized representative of the Thai Stark United’ (กลุ่มรวมพลังสตาร์ค) to proceed with a class action lawsuit for STARK bondholders and shareholders against Stark Corporation Public Company Limited and several other defendants, seeking redress including punitive damages worth over THB 40 Billion.
